I have been there and done that. Is this right sentence? I don’t know this is right or not. However, I saw this sentence on movie the day before yesterday. I asked one of my friends, Mike, who has worked at my favorite bar. He told me this sentence is like an idiom. Meaning is to have experienced the topic under discussion and become bored with it.
He gave me several examples, however, I couldn’t understand exactly. This is examples of that phrase.
A : How's your job-hunt going? B : Not very well. A : What's the matter? B : I'm sick and tired of sending out the resumes. I just keep on failing. A : Been there, done that. I know just how you feel.

too many word
When I was in the class, if I didn’t know some words, I had to look at a dictionary. Then, I found out that even one word had several definitions. For example, when I said sorry, it could use many situations. If I felt sad and sympathetic to other people, I could say I am sorry. Also, I could say it when I was feeling sad and ashamed about something that has been done. Last, if I was feeling disappointed about something and wishing you had done something different or had not done something, I could say it, too. When I just arrived here, I heard “I am sorry.” or “You are welcome.” too many times because of that. I know I will find out more word like this, and I will say more. However, I still confused that why English has too many definitions so that every international student got confused by that. I know there are no answers, and I have to say it. This is my language journal so far. While I was writing, I was thinking that I am not good at language because I have too many curious things, and there are no answers. Hmm…
Paint the town red
Two weeks ago, I had a big party. Even though I passed out early, I had a good time. I painted the town red. I think we all know the phrase "paint the town red, "which means to celebrate in a wild way. However, do you know the phrase come from? I was curious about that, so I looked up on the Internet. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find it, but there were two theories. Also, the scholars don't know why or how the expression was invented. Anyway, the phrase was born in the old west.
One theory suggests the "red" in this expression came from the fires, which blazed in frontier settlements after an Indian attack. Another suggests that the phrase was coined when the white people attacked and burned the Indian villages. These two theories were all I could find it. If someone knows this phrase come from, let me know, and let’s paint the town red again.

Music
I could tell that many people own Mp3 and enjoy listen music. I alway have my iPod with me wherever i go. Music is part of my life and i cannot live without it.
I want a talk about type of music and artist that i most listen. I really enjoy listen Hip hop or Rap. Most of my song in my ipod is rap and hip hop.Hip hop or rap has differnt genres. Especially i like underground and gangster hiphop. These are type that have violence lyrics and swearing words. For example of artist, 50cent,G-Unit,2PAC,The GAME,snoop dog. Most artists of underground and gangster hip hop are black poeple. And most lyrics includes issue of personal feeling of other,gang,dead,gun,fancy cars,girls,money.My favourite artist is The GAME.
He is from west coast Gang called Crips. He used to member of G-Unit.He has many great songs such as the westside story,the documentary,Let's ride,one blood,Doctors Advocate.He is my favourite.Here is my favourite song called 'The westside story' 'Let's Ride'.

My favourite movie
What kind of movie do you enjoy watching?
I really enjoy historical movies and fiction movies.
I would say,my favourite movie is called 'Gladiator'.
This movie is based on background of the Roman Empire. The time when the Colosseum was built and poeple were enjoying watching fighting with human beings and animals.
The main charactor 'Maximus' was a general of the Roman Empire army. At that time the Roman Empire was at the zenith of its power. Maximus brought many victories to his empire. However, as empire dies, many retainers turned out from Maximus and unfortunally he got into entrap and set up that slave trade of gladiator which is fighter who fights for crows to entertain.During his slave term of life,he decided to be best fighter so he could fight front of new empire who ruined his life.
Finally, he became so popular that every civilian in Rome wanted to see his fight.
Therefore there were a fight match versing a new empire. Maximus had great fight and killed empire. And he also died after fight that cause bleeding too much.
I really love this movie, it is very violence but i always had interested in about Colosseum and Gladiator so if you enjoy about Roman history this is movie you should watch.

Japanese Garden
On thursday,I went beatiful park called Japanese Garden for outdoor activity in my art class. I am taking Drawing class right now so teacher made a plan for going outside to draw landscape.It wasn`t very good day for draw outside.When we got arrived in Japanese garden, it starts to rain a little bit so, i looked around place where i can draw without getting raindrop.Many students went back eailer than usual cause of rain and bad weather, but scenery was more beatiful than normal days so i stayed up little later than others.If you guys have a time to go or looking for dating place with your girlfriend or boyfriend, i recommend to go Japanese garden.

My family
I want a indroduce my family back in Korea.I have 4 family member.
I am a first child in my family and i have one younger sister.
My parent are teachers in Korea, my father teaches engineering major and my mom is elementary school teacher. Last member of my family is our pet, he is pretty old dog i forgot his age, his name is Sky.
We used to live with our gandparents but we moved out from them because they are living in country side now ater my grand father retired from his job.
Sometimes i miss my family but i been through long time so i am ok to live far from them now.
i only see them when i visit korea and we always have trip during i stay in korea.
My family love travel so we went foreign country many times. I been China,Japan,Philipine,Singapol and we are planning to travel in Europe as soon as my sister graduated from school. I love my family and i am proud of them.
